After completing your order and payment, we will contact you to collect the necessary Server Code, Site ID or Tenant ID, depending on your purchase. Once received, we will issue your license code or activate your subscription within 1 business day.
Please note that our distribution is exclusively electronic, and no physical materials will be shipped.
We provide 15 or 30-day full-featured trials for all our products, allowing you to explore and test them thoroughly at no cost before making a purchase.
If you need a refund, please let us know before the license code is issued, as sales are final afterward. In rare cases where a refund is granted, only transaction fees will be deducted.
